How do I get rid of those love handles?
I am completely satisified with my body except my love handles!? Can anyone give me advice on how to lose what it is, I do not want to lose any weight on my body except my love handles and there is not terribly difficult to me they Bugg. Im 20 years old 140 pounds 5 "9". any recommendations on what should I do? Thank you in advance!
Everyone has a problem spot. It may be in the belly, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is that the solution is exactly the same thing. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there is only one solution for all these problems, because it is impossible to tell where your body to burn excess fat. When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you must create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning fat as energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body will find this extra fat. The higher your calorie deficit (a bigger deficit in calories, a greater difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body to burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decline. You can increase your calorie deficit by reducing your consumption daily and exercise more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs, like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs.
