The holidays can be hectic! The holiday period, have fun with the variety of different Bundt molds form where you really a cake can be transformed into a centerpiece or show-stopper handle. Bundt cakes are one-stop-dump and stir cooking and baking! Beginning with cake mix, white chocolate and almond extract, this cake is a dessert special.
Makes 16 servings
1 (18.25 oz) box yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving size) box instant pudding and white chocolate pie filling
1 cup Fat-free sour cream
1 / 4 cup canola oil
2 / 3 cup skim milk
1 egg
3 egg whites
1 / 2 cup white chocolate chips
1 / 2 cup chopped pecans
Sugar 1 1 / 2 cups confectioners'
1 / 4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon of extract Almond
1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Coat 10-inch nonstick Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, cream, oil, milk, egg, egg whites, mixing until well mixed. Stir in white chocolate chips and pecans.
3. Pour into Bundt pan and bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
4. In a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar milk almond extract and set aside.
5. Cool the cake on rack for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Drizzle glaze over warm cake.

To serve: defrost, slice and serve.
