The most misunderstood of weight loss strategy. Releasing fat fat cells is not the end of it, actually, it's just the beginning. Because the fat must be transported from the fat cells for muscles, so there may be burned. This is done by the blood and the cardiovascular system is responsible for that. The most effective is this system the most effective your body becomes at burning fat. You can improve your cardiovascular system by doing training to cardio. However, no exit and not to spend 1 hour on the treadmill, because you will probably not do too good like that. Doing too much cardio can be harmful and I'm sure you saw these people doing cardio on a daily basis and still not anywhere. The result is a low metabolism. Slow metabolism means your body fat is not going anywhere anytime soon. Here's what to do: 1.Do some moderate cardio training, the key word here is moderate 2.Never food but consume less calories than you burn (No starvation diets, Please …) The world's most effective "fat burner" available on the market is free and is already available to you. The loss of fat while preserving muscle mass is what your main goal should be. To maintain muscle tissue, you must: 1.Do resistance training. (This is not optional, it is mandatory) The secret Now you understand the whole process of burning fat, I'm going to tell you what personal trainers do to make these astonishing transformations. The strategy is to combine all the steps I have outlined so that the body operates as a unit. The process is the release of fat, the transport of fat and therefore burn fat.
